Nagano, Japan), introduces Matsumoto City and the many wonderful sights in Nagano Prefecture, LIVE! From Matsumoto’s famous castle and historic Nawate Street to Nagano’s fabulous Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park and much more!

The Facebook live show begins on Saturday, Feb 13th at 3pm (15:00 – Japan Standard Time JST, UTC+9) and duration will be approximatively one hour. The experience will be streamed Live, so be sure not miss it!

Welcome-Matsumoto presents a live stream from Matsumoto Castle and historical Nawate Street! Nagano Prefecture has many wonderful things to discover. We will focus on a few of the best, such as an ancient castle, local foods, natural wonders, and winter sports!
1 – Live from Matsumoto Castle: With its unique features and over 400 years of history, Matsumoto Castle is one of only five castles designated a “National Treasure” in Japan!
2 – Presenting the Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field: Learn about the 1998 Winter Olympic Games in Nagano and discover some of the 100s of ski resorts located in the region. A must see for winter sports lovers!
3 – Introducing the Kamakura Igloo restaurant: Discover a place with a variety of unique local foods inside an immense and authentic igloo!
4 – Live from historic Nawate Street and its delicious Taiyaki: A traditional street in old downtown Matsumoto where you can grab a tasty grilled pastry stuffed with sweet bean and pressed into the shape of a fish!
5 – Exploring the famous Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park: The only place on Earth where you can see wild monkeys bathing themselves in hot springs!
